Facilities need significant upgrades!!! Housekeeping left much to be desired, with poor cleaning routines and inadequate amenities like hot water and toiletries!!! The bath tub height is a tripping hazard—seriously needs attention!!!

My recent stay was fantastic! The Junior King Suite was spacious with a lovely fruit basket waiting for us. I really enjoyed the delicious food served, especially the warm service during breakfast, which made my day. I would definitely book this place again!

The classic king room was super spacious with a stunning view of Dubai's skyline. Loved the private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. The pool area was clean and refreshing. Totally enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the mall and beach. The staff were always on point, very helpful and friendly.

my stay at four points was fantastic! the classic king room was spacious and comfortable. the pool was clean and refreshing. i especially appreciated ms nadia at reception for her warm welcome and helpfulness during check-in. one standout service was from mr rohit, who ensured we were well taken care of. the purani dilli restaurant served delicious north indian food, adding to the overall perfect staycation experience.

The staff treat you like family! They were super helpful, always ready to assist. My room was spacious and spotless, with fresh towels daily. Loved the breakfast buffet—so many choices!
